Hi, I'm Jo-Anne!

So happy to have you here. I'm a young filmmaker with a deep love and enthusiasm for storytelling and filmmaking. North London has been home to me for over twenty years and it's where I developed my appreciation for the arts, beauty and culture of London. 

Growing up as a black woman, I've always wished to see people like me on-screen as well as behind the camera. This desire is something I plan on making a reality, which is why I'm pursuing a filmmaking career in order to create films and tell stories about women of colour like me, as well as increase our presence within the film industry. 

I am always open to working on projects of any size and I am looking forward to meeting and collaborating with likeminded creatives.
